Overall the record looks strong VG to VG+, closer to VG+ ... nice shine, some faint sleeve scuffs and some very light marks overall, a couple foggy spots on the vinyl but overall looks nice, labels look rather nice. Cover has some light signs of slick separation at mouth edge, small spot of wear at bottom back edge... no splits.
